Where Is My Order Confirmation Email?
After placing your order, you will receive two emails from us:
1. An order confirmation email - sent immediately after your purchase.
2. A shipping confirmation email - sent once your order has been shipped, includes tracking number
If you haven’t received your Order Confirmation Email, please:
1. Check your spam or junk folder, as emails can occasionally end up there.
2. Verify that you entered a valid email address during checkout.

How long before my order ships?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after purchase, depending on inventory levels.
Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes around 5-12 business days depending on your location.
If an item is low in stock or requires additional handling, please allow an extra 2–3 business days for delivery.
Can I change my delivery address?
If you made a mistake when entering your delivery address, you can request a change before your order ships.
In certain cases, minor address adjustments may still be possible after your order has shipped, depending on the carrier’s policies.
